Our invoices are strictly payable at maturity.
Complaints must be made by registered post within 8 days.
Invoices not paid when due shall automatically cover a 10% interest per year, as well as a conventional compensation of 10%. The overdue interests are automatically due, rightful and without further notice, from the invoice due date. In case of dispute, the courts of Verviers shall be competent.
